Congratulations on a little early Christmas gift. Please e.mail me your addresses. (my husband drew your names)
Now . . . for our second giveaway.
We also went to a Cubs game and it was American Girl night. And I was able to get a Cubbies uniform for your American Girl (daughter, niece, next door neighbor...)
Cute, eh?
For a chance to win, leave a comment on today's post. I will draw a winner next Tuesday.
On a personal note, I would love your prayers for my dad's wife, Dorothy and my dear friend, Becky, who are both having surgery tomorrow. And my sweet friend, Cathie, who is recovering from surgery. Thanks.

Hi Glenda, I will be praying for Dorothy & Becky. No need to enter me in the drawing...no American Girl dolls in my house and...being from St. Louis, I am a Cards fan!
ReplyDeleteOh WOW! I am so excited!! Say a big thanks to your Hubby....I am thrilled to pieces to have him pick my name =)
ReplyDeleteDoris (fahnmama)
Prayers for Dorothy, Becky and Cathie of course.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to the winners. Would you believe that I, personally, have an American Girl doll? Samantha. I don't know if she's a Cubs fan though.
Best,
Bonnie
Really? A Cubbie outfit? You mean the Iowa Cubs?
ReplyDeleteWe don't have any American Girl fans in our family...all boys attending the Cubs games.
Lucy would sure love to have a Cubs outfit for her baby doll (she has an American girl doll - a bitty twin) :) What a great giveaway! :)
ReplyDeleteGlenda, just found you today via a comment you left on Alida's (blackpurl) blog. Yours is a lovely place to come and visit awhile. I hope you'll come and visit me!
ReplyDeletePraying but please don't include me in the give-away.
ReplyDeleteThinking of you. I don't need the giveaway either, but wanted to leave a comment.
ReplyDeleteWe have 4--yes 4--American Girl dolls in our household. My girls have 2 each that they both spent many many many months saving for!
ReplyDeleteHooray for the winners!! What a sweet giveaway, Glenda!
ReplyDeleteSending out prayers for your loved ones.
XO,
Jane
Prayers coming your way...send them on!
ReplyDeleteGlenda-
ReplyDeleteI would love to be considered for this give away. My family friend Stella, her husband and three sons adopted two girls from Russia last year. Their names are Elena and Anastasia. They both got their own American Girl dolls a few weeks ago and the pictures of them opening them are priceless. I know the girls would love the Cubbies uniform & don't think they would have any trouble sharing.
Praying for your sweet friends and family!
yes praying that each one will feel the precense of our Father during this time..that His guideance be with all of the medical teams..that a peace will cover Becky & Dorothy and family and praying for Cathie as she recovers from surgery that healing will spring forth! happy blustery Wednesday:)
